The Baloise Group has more than 185 years of experience in non-life insurance and premium life insurance. It has subsidiaries in Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg and until now has operated under different names: "Baloise Insurance", "Basilese Assicurazioni" and "Basler".
Baloise has been able to evolve over time and adapt to best support its clients and partners in facing constant change and building the future together. Baloise Group is more than just a traditional insurance company. The changing needs of society in the digital area are at the heart of our business activities.
To reflect this positive mindset, Baloise Group has decided to rebrand Baloise identity, but also to standardise the names of all its entities.
We are now a uniform brand throughout Europe: Baloise. Our brand is being coloured and our logo simplified to reflect our dynamism and unique culture. For us at Baloise, the future is not just something that happens, but something but something we at Baloise create and shape – together.

It is through strong partnerships across Europe that Baloise has been able to develop its life insurance business for over 20 years. To further develop our services, Baloise Wealth Manager digital platform and the My Wealth client application have been adapted to the new identity.
At the same time, we are developing our services and, following the introduction of online switches, other functionalities will be added in the coming months.
For Baloise in Luxembourg, this rebranding will be followed by a move of our new head office mid-January.
Wooden is the first wooden office building of this scale in Luxembourg. It is made up of an all-wood frame from sustainable forests in the greater region within a maximum radius of 350km. It will be WELL certified, a certification standard that focuses on seven factors related to employee well-being.
It will be 9,600 m2 at the service of our employees, customers and partners.
